Impeachment of County Executive legaalsp
Preamble: The County Executive has violated state law and committed gross misconduct towards the Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office.
§1. TITLE
(a) This impeachment shall be known as the “Impeachment of County Executive legaalsp” and may be cited as such.
§2. DEFINITIONS
(a) legaalsp shall be defined as here
(b) The Stapleton County Charter shall be defined as here
(c) “County Executive” shall be defined as here
(d) “An Act to Authorize Inferior Executives” shall be defined as here
§3. IMPEACHMENT
(a) County Executive legaalsp shall be impeached for misconduct towards the Stapleton County. The County Executive has behaved towards the Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) inappropriately and improperly. Targeting members of the SCSO high command based on a personal vendetta.
(b) County Executive legaalsp shall be impeached for violating An Act to Authorize Inferior Executives by disciplining Undersheriff DesiringAuthority. An Act to Authorize Inferior Executives states:
“The County Executive shall only have the authority to relieve or discipline the heads of executive departments and agencies of Stapleton County for violations of the aforementioned rules and regulations, any other punishable offenses defined by state or county law, and instances of treason, bribery, gross misconduct, ineptitude, neglect of duty, inactivity, or commission of a felony or misdemeanor as defined by law”
(c) Former Undersheriff DesiringAuthority was not a head of any executive department or agency of Stapleton County. He could of not been disciplined by the
§4. EVIDENCE
EXHIBIT A: County Executive legaalsp disciplining and demoting former Undersheriff DesiringAuthority which is in violation of State Law.
EXHIBIT B: Former Undersheriff DesiringAuthority discipline and demotion notice issued by legaalsp.
EXHIBIT C: County Executive legaalsp illegally issued an order to Former Undersheriff DesiringAuthority ordering him to “Step down or be demoted”. Without any initial reasoning or in a proper way.
EXHIBIT D: County Executive legaalsp illegally ordering Sheriff JfromBJ to appoint ScottMcAllister or face an illegal dismissal if he leaked the appointment to the public. This appointment was never classified and Sheriff JfromBJ has every right to release this information to the public.
§5. ENFORCEMENT
(a) County Executive legaalsp will be impeached and relieved of his duties as County Executive of Stapleton County
(b) Should any part of this impeachment be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
(c) This impeachment shall be entered into effect immediately after completing the required processes.
