By virtue of the County Charter of Stapleton County the Council hereby establishes that,

SECTION 1.
County Chairman SwedishVic shall be impeached and removed from office.
ㅤ
SECTION 2.
County Chairman SwedishVic is charged with and accused of Solicitation to Commit a Crime, corruption, and gross misconduct.
ㅤ
SECTION 3.
The evidence reviewed shall be the following:
- Resignation Letter of SwedishVic
- Moderation Logs of the District of Prominence’s Discord Server
- Further Evidence of Corruption
- SwedishVic Attempting to Impeach Prominence Mayor for Discord Moderation Action Against Him
SECTION 4
For purposes of this act, ‘SwedishVic’ shall be defined as: SwedishVic - Roblox
