Impeachment of Chief Justice thekerbal
IN THE STATE OF FIRESTONE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
§1: INDIVIDUALS
”thekerbal” shall be defined as:
§1.2: RATIONABLE
Chief Justice ”thekerbal” shall be impeached and removed from his position as Chief Justice for one count of Neglect of Duty in accordance with C.I.VI
§1.3: EVIDENCE
The evidence shall be as follows:

§2: LEGISLATIVE MEASURES
This impeachment and removal if passed by both chambers as pursuant to Article I, §XII of the State of Firestone Constitution, the Founder of the State of Firestone, the Governor of the State of Firestone, and the Congress of the State of Firestone shall be responsible for enforcing this impeachment and removal.
§3: IMPEACHMENT MEASURES
The above impeachment shall be proposed to the House of Representatives, and if passed, it shall be delivered to the Senate to convict or acquit as pursuant to Article I, §XII of the State of Firestone Constitution.
