I was intentionally swindled out of my job

If I didn’t want him I could if fired him when I entered office with a change of administration

I will go under oath and say I had no influence in this investigation

Negligent Homicide is a law.

I literally presented a counter-argument to you next to name calling. Can you read?

You also fail to recognize that laws are not made off of ethics. Law is law. No one is above the law, not some petty (former) Secretary of State who thinks he’s immune.

Honestly you are probably good being out of office. You’re some commie. Firestone is clearly democratic so uhm cough

Obviously court rulings are final, so putting up a fight does nothing but give you more of a nastier career. When I saw the title of this post, I was like “oh boy, here he goes again”

Just stop getting worked up about Secretary of State. Go to DPW or some department and make yourself useful at a lower level please.

is this the reason why mxtt turned into a bad boy

also I love buts hes a good boy and good for sos
he just quit because notorious has a chance as gov
hope that corrupt boy is gone

Appeals is a thing…

Yeah but its such a long stupid process if you ask me

wattt

I’ve never had an appeal last longer than 30 minutes nor have i seen one take more than three days to schedule.

hey hey, buts is good

Either CONGRESS has to fix this law of negligant homicide or the COURTS have to fix their COMMON SENCE YOU DON’T CHARGE SOMEONE FOR NEGLIGANT HOMCIDE FOR KILLING WITH PEPPER SPRAY

SECTION 2c: Negligent Homicide shall be defined as: the ending of another life by someone else with no premeditation or malicious intent, however due to not proper precautions (breaking a law) by the suspect resulted in the death of someone.

pre·cau·tion
a measure taken in advance to prevent something dangerous, unpleasant, or inconvenient from happening.

So according to this law negligant homicide is causing the death of someone due to not proper precautions.
If you look at the meaning of precaution it means a measure taken in advance to prevent something. I don’t think it is a public employee’s, or a officer’s fault that they didnt take the "proper precautions to not kill someone with pepper spray. I think it is the developers fault by not taking the proper precautions to lower or remove damage from pepper spray. So either the courts sue the developers or NOBODY because a officer or a public employee with a pepper spray cant take precautions on pepper spray.

At this point I will be sued for negligant homicide because someone walked on my spike strips and died because the courts have 0 common sense.

LOTS of officers and public employees have killed people with pepper spray, why doesn’t the courts fire them all?

Noo they chose someone that works for the secretary of state and gets him guilty then pardons him after he loses his job the hell?

You can’t die on spikestrips. Also you can’t blame the devs since they again don’t have to abide by the laws in place. So, we just gotta make do with what they give us.

Just a few points to touch on:

  • I recommended a pardon because the developers decided to fix the pepper spray after this all happened.
  • You haven’t submitted a piece of evidence that shows someone killing someone else with pepper spray.
  • If you know pepper spray has a large chance of killing someone, why use it?
  • The Courts have much more common sense than you.
