How do I fuel up my vehicle tank in Firestone?

Hello , I am Public Employee blaadam from FDoT. Today I was asked by a civilian how to fuel up a vehicle , I said that I don’t own a vehicle and therefore I don’t know. We tried everything possible so I decided to make a post on the situation. If you know please contact this post.
