So, within the last few hours, Secretary DyingIntel publicly in the DPW discord demoted Safety and Training (S&T) Director GeneralCount to supervisor, awaiting a spot to open for him to be placed on a unit. At this time, he has submitted his resignation.

After talking with people in DPW it is clear that he should have been terminated a long time ago.
