FTC Amendment of 2024


         Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS

(a) The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as: Trello

SECTION 2. AMENDMENTS

(a) Chapter 1, Section 4, Sub-section (a2) of the Firestone Criminal Code currently does not exist, but shall be created and amended to state: “The act of failure to comply shall also include failing to obey police tape, signage, or barriers that direct civilians to refrain from entering a building or area.

(b) Chapter 1, Section 4, Sub-section (a3) of the Firestone Criminal Code currently does not exist, but shall be created and amended to state: “Section (a2) shall not apply to – commissioned law enforcement officers; voluntary peace officers, including (but not limited to) non-certified correctional officers; or national guardsmen while acting in their official capacity.


SECTION 3. ENACTMENT

(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY

(a) Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
