Several of these cars that you all want do not exactly apply to the jobs of your departments. While there is a case to be made for certain cars for certain departments, specialized cars or numerous variants of a single car are not necessary for your basic department functions, only at most 3-4 cars with a single variant. Leave the specialized stuff to the appropriate departments/divisions such as DHS or SCSO: SWAT. Not to mention that all these cars would clog up the car spawner lists and create more lag due to more car models needing to be added to the game.
