He serves to the pleasure of the governor. If the governor is not pleased with ones performance, they can be dismissed. I loved fob but not much you can do.

A Bill to Establish Classified Documents (1/2) & (2/2)

SECTION 2: The following shall be subject to being “Classified” if deemed that the unauthorized disclosure of such information could reasonably be expected to cause damage to state security in accordance with sections 2A, 2C, 2D and 2E of this bill and it pertains to one or more of the following:

Military plans, weapons systems, or operations;

Foreign government information;

Intelligence activities (including covert action), intelligence sources or methods;

Foreign relations or foreign activities of the State of Firestone, including confidential sources;

Firestone Government programs for safeguarding facilities; or

Vulnerabilities or capabilities of systems, installations, infrastructures, projects, plans, or protection services relating to the state security;

Other reasons as authorized by the State Legislature.

According to this, “firing of a cabinet member” can not be classified

So, if his firing cant be classified, then that means he legally must state the reasoning and evidence of his firing. He has only given the reason of his firing.

Legally theres no such thing, but logically there is. I am stating my opinion that he was falsley fired. I am not doing a petition or a court case against his firing as he is legally allowed to fire anyone he wants.

Gov is the head of the executive branch, thus meaning he has all authority to choose his cabinet members and deals with the management of them

This would most likley mean that he was inactive, and was unable to do his operations in FSP. Howeverm this is not the case.

“Activity” is not done between closed doors.
