So as many of dhs staff has noticed, our ram bars on the explorer can not pop tires on stage 3, or it will be super hard to do. So when we are in a pursuit, and without fsp and scso getting invovlved, we are not able to disable the suspect’s vehicle and we will have to do it the old-fashioned way which is to “brake check” them, but that doesnt really work that well.
