Since the companies of Stapleton Powergrid, Spectra Pipeline Management, and Spectra Energy are in a downward spiral with no sign of recovery, I suggest for the State Government (& Fed) to create the first state own enterprise that involves in Gas & Electric, this in the case when Spectra & SPG shuts down officially, Stapleton County is not in the risk of losing Gas & Electricity

This is just called DPW with less stuff. If it has to move to a government thing (which I don’t recommend) then give it to DPW. Don’t make its own thing.
