Firestone Lottery?!

I recently just had this Firestone Lottery system where @anon54114525 would run it, or if someone decides to run the lottery through the Dept. Of Commerce. It would be a great idea for multiple to participate which would end up getting the community together, and hopefully, people don’t die. I believe this shall be located at any empty store which could be transformed into a ‘99 Cents Store’ or a Deli.

It’s a good idea for the community for all of our citizens to participate in.

Requirements:
Firestone Citizen
Must have less than 3 felonies to participate.
Must be a hardworker
Must be 18+ (for RP purposes)

Firestone does not recognize age, even for RP purposes, we are all “adults” if you consider how Firestone sees age.
