2. Add a new image for the side loader trash truck and bin truck.
3. Allow FDPW to fix street lights.

I support it all! Allowing FDPW to fix street lights will help keep more street lights on and give more of a purpose for the bucket truck. There has been many times while I’m on as DPW and spot lights out and wish I could replace them. If I get onto DOT to fix them, I have to follow the service prioritization making it harder for me to get back to them.

I support the other first two.
Outages only work with 3 or more DOT, and given that State Maintenance is the 3rd option in the service prioritization model, I don’t see why DPW should be allowed to fix street lights.

bc DOT half the time dont catch the broken lights then they get off and if dpw is on it would simply be more convenient

Street lights are considered public infrastructure. Public works is responsible for improvement and maintenance projects. I believe public works is supposed to maintain street lights considering we have a bucket truck and it’s something that we work with. However, it does make sense that DOT is responsible for traffic lights because their purpose is to coordinate transportation projects which includes improving traffic mobility.
