EXPULSION OF SWEDISHVIC FROM THE PROMINENCE DISTRICT COUNCIL
Preamble: Fighting Corruption Within The District of Prominence.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED AT THAT,
§1. Title
(a) This expulsion shall be known as “Expulsion of SwedishVic From The Prominence District Council” and may be cited as such.
§2. Definitions
(a) SwedishVic shall be defined here
(c) The Prominence District Council shall be defined here
(d) The District Charter of Prominence shall be defined here

§3. Removal from The Prominence District Council
(a) In accordance with Article V, Section 6 of the District Charter, SwedishVic shall be expelled from the Prominence District Council for corruption, betraying the public trust and placing “bounties” on the Prominence Police Department
§4. Reasoning
(a) Exhibit A, the original Legislative Bar of SwedishVic and its reasoning. SwedishVic was barred from the Prominence District Council for corruption, betraying public trust and misconduct while acting in an official capacity within the District of Prominence. It also shows SwedishVic placing “bounties” on members of the Prominence Police Department. SwedishVic also created legislation with the purpose of making it easier for him to become Mayor, and that he attempted to bar another individual before an election in order to reduce his competition.
§5. Severability
(a) Should any part of this expulsion be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
(b) This Expulsion shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the District Charter.
§6. Enforcement
(a) This expulsion shall be enforced by all relevant parties.
