Mr. American introduced the following resolution; which shall be read to both chambers of Congress.

RESOLUTION
In the Matter of TACTlCALCANADlAN.
Be it enacted by the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress here assembled:
SECTION 1. TITLE
This resolution may be cited as “Expulsion of Speaker of the House TACTlCALCANADlAN”, and may be filed as an expulsion.
SECTION 2. ENACTING THE EXPULSION
(a) In general.— “TACTlCALCANADlAN” shall be defined as: https://www.roblox.com/users/35516690/profile
(b) “TACTlCALCANADlAN” shall be expelled, and removed from the House of Representatives and his position as Speaker of the House for violating the Constitution, specifically Article I, Section I.
(c) The evidence shall be as follows:
Exhibit A: Screenshot by Lightshot – This picture demonstrates that TACTlCALCANADlAN elected six (6) Representatives when there were only five (5) positions open. Ultimately, this made caused the House of Representatives having a total of fourteen (14) members.
Exhibit B: House Special Elections (August 2019) – This forum from the Firestone Forums is the official Special Elections of the House of Representatives during August of 2019, that was sponsored by TACTlCALCANADlAN. This forum stated that there were only five (5) positions available, meaning that at the time there were only eight (8) House of Representative members. It is obvious that TACTlCALCANADlAN had elected more Representatives than the Constitution allows.

This is an official Supreme Court slip issued on October 9th, 2019. This writ states the fact that TACTlCALCANADlAN did in fact have more than thirteen (13) House of Representative members, by one. This slip also expressed how because of this unlawful election, it resulted in a month’s worth of legislation being overturned. TACTlCALCANADlAN has failed to properly carry out his duties as the Speaker.
SECTION 3. SPONSORS AND OTHER PROVISIONS
(a) The above expulsion shall be proposed to the House of Representatives; and if passed, the Office of the Speaker of the House shall be vacated pursuant to the Constitution.
(b) The State of Firestone Government shall be responsible for imposing this expulsion.
