Expulsion of Senator T_xom
IN THE STATE OF FIRESTONE SENATE
April 5, 2024
PREAMBLE
This expulsion shall remove Senator T_xom from his office if passed.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress here assembled that,

SECTION 1 - DEFINITIONS
(a) T_xom shall be defined as here.

SECTION 2 - SEVERABILITY AND ENACTMENT
(a) This expulsion shall be enforced by the President of the Senate.
(b) This expulsion shall be entered into effect immediately following the constitutionally required process.

SECTION 3 - EXPULSION
(a) Senator T_xom was found to be arrested on March 29th, 2024 for Impersonation.
(b) The following is shown as evidence to prove the claim stated in Section 3a:
(c) Upon the passage of this legislation, Senator T_xom will be removed from his office in the State of Firestone Senate.
