Expulsion of Senator DanielFoote

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE SENATE HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Senator DanielFoote shall hereby be expelled and relieved of duties within the Senate.
SECTION 2: DanielFoote shall be defined as DanielFoote
Section 3: The evidence used against the Senator shall be as follows;
Exhibit A. Senator DanielFoote has admitted to money farming. This shows he ran for office just to get the cash. Further, he was talking about how he saving for a future investment which shows even more proof of wanting cash. Proof.
Exhibit B. Senator DanielFoote demonstrated his gross negligence and incompetence in filling the office of Senator with his lack of knowledge relating to Executive Order 55. Proof
Exhibit C. Senator DanielFoote when approached regarding his conduct in the Congressional chat, proceeded to state that he was “dishing out what he (Wierdo25) deserves.” Proof
Exhibit D. Senator DanielFoote then proceeded to issue a further threat towards the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. Proof
Exhibit E. Senator DanielFoote actively stated that he can support an auto clicker to be using the additional pay from being a Senator inside Stapleton County V2 rather than attend sessions. Proof
Section 4: This shall be enforced by the President of the Senate and/or the President pro tempore.
Section 5: This expulsion shall be in effect immediately upon passing the Firestone Senate.
