Expulsion of Representative DeputyWinters
Preamble: It has been brought to the attention of this chamber that Representative DeputyWinters has, on more than a single occasion, violated the laws set forth by the very legislature they occupate. In order to ensure pristine quality of the title “Representative,” all criminal accusations are taken very seriously. Therefore, pursuant to C.I.V,
Be it hereby enacted by the 10th House of Representatives that:
Section 1 (Definitions):
(A) “DeputyWinters” shall be defined as “Austgen - Roblox”
(B) “Representative,” “the position of Representative,” or other terms which can reasonably be associated with the aforementioned terms within Section 1.B shall be defined as “anyone with the rank of ‘Representative’ in the group linked here and/or recognized as a Representative by the Speaker of the House of the State of Firestone.
Section 2 (Severability):
Pursuant to C.I.XII, no portion of this shall be considered severable. If any portion of this expulsion dies, is nullified, or otherwise, is no longer legally recognized or valid, the entire piece of legislation shall die.
Section 3 (Expulsion Clause):
(A) DeputyWinters shall be expelled from the position of Representative for the following violations of law:
(B) Hit and Run
( C ) Vehicular Assault
(D) Loitering

Section 5 (Enactment/Enforcement):
This legislation shall take effect immediately upon passing the House. The Speaker of the House, Speaker Pro Tempore, and Governor of the State of Firestone shall enforce this legislation as promptly as can be reasonably expected.
