I heavily disagree. I would not trust some cabinet and sub-cabinet members to be game moderator reserves, let alone game moderators.
Cabinet/Sub-Cabinet is political, game moderation isn’t. Game moderation takes trust and it isn’t a popularity contest like 95% of political positions; you are doing more damage ruining an entire ban database for a group of 90K+ people than fucking up an department with 150-200 employees.
