Preamble: SwedishVic has exercised his powers and duties for the purpose of personal gain in such a manner that he cannot be trusted to hold executive office in the District of Prominence.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,
SECTION 1
“SwedishVic” shall be defined here.
SECTION 2
Pursuant to Article 4, Section 11 of the District Charter, SwedishVic shall be barred from holding offices and positions within the Executive Branch of the District of Prominence.
SECTION 3
SwedishVic is barred for corruption, betraying the public trust, and misconduct while acting in an official capacity within the District of Prominence.
SECTION 4
The following shall be considered evidence of the reasons outlined in Section 3:
- This document, the contents being an exact copy of a document released by SwedishVic on the 15th of March 2024, announcing his resignation from the position of District Clerk. In the document, SwedishVic confesses that he created legislation with the purpose of making it easier for him to become Mayor, and that he attempted to bar another individual before an election in order to reduce his competition.
- This document, showing two screenshots taken on the 15th of March, 2024: the first showing SwedishVic misusing a channel of the official Prominence Discord server, and the second showing SwedishVic admitting to corruption and conspiring to attack the Prominence District Police.
SECTION 5
This District Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the District Charter.
