It’s impossible that we have the same about-to-hydro-lock engine sound in every car.
Please get new sounds, there are tons of engine sounds.
I doubt a Charger has a lawnmower engine going 100 SPS.

thats not even a hydrolock sound, a hydrolock sound is a grind and a sudden squeak
but yeah it is the sound of a two cylinder engine, and it gets annoying sometimes hearing the purrrrrrrr
but the best part is that when it flings it goes purr BEEE WEE ERRrrr and you can then see an FSP start his ASU shift, albeit a short one

they should improve sound in general, for example i hate being able to hear shots/helicopters across the entire map
(and im pretty sure that most people hate having the helicopter in the background while playing)

louder then what? a predator 212 is louder because it has no muffler, take a muffler off your civic and see who is louder
