I believe that the members of Firestone supplemented with an EMT-B Certification are adequate for being able to transport injured suspects. This is ideal to the creating an act for the Volunteer Fire Department, since it allows people to be transported when EMS is offline, or when they're busy with another call. Before the escort, the attendee would treat the suspect, and with permission from law enforcement, they would be able to ride-along with the LEO with the attendee tasked with supervising the suspect. The certificate would call law enforcement as a backup when on-scene, then the LEO would respond to it in relation to any other call. This could also substitute for instead of creating primarily a Volunteer Fire Department, resulting in less lag instead of having to work on a new team and/or utilities for that team.
