A BILL
To create sanctions regarding the State of Ridgeway.
Preamble : Whereas this Congress feels that the State of Ridgeway has been hostile towards the State of Firestone, including in permitting and enabling criminal acts on Firestone soil and distribution of classified information pertaining to the National Guard and other security agencies, it is therefore deemed appropriate to enact the following sanctions to protect the State of Firestone.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This Act may be cited as the “Ridgeway Sanctions Act of 2022 (R)”.
SEC 2. ENACTMENT
This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SEC 3. SEVERABILITY
Should any part of this Legislation be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SEC 4. ENFORCEMENT
This Act shall be enforced by all appropriate entities with the capacity to enforce it; including, but not limited to, the Governor, Cabinet, and Courts.
SEC 5. DEFINITIONS
(a) For the purposes of this Act, the Fairer Employment Act shall be defined as: https://forums.stateoffirestone.com/t/fairer-employment-act/17505
(b) For the purposes of this Act, State of Ridgeway Law Enforcement Departments shall be defined as the following: USA | Ridgeway National Guard - Roblox , USA | Milton City Police Department - Roblox , USA | Ridgeway State Police - Roblox , USA | Ridgeway Park Service - Roblox , USA | PaImer Police Department - Roblox , and USA | Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office - Roblox.
SEC 6. EMPLOYMENT SANCTIONS
(a) Unless and until this Act is nullified or the Governor declares that this subsection is suspended, individuals employed by the Department of Homeland Security, Firestone Bureau of Investigation, or Firestone National Guard who are also employed in a State of Ridgeway Law Enforcement Department must be placed on administrative leave within their respective Firestone department.
(i) Department heads shall be required to place all individuals on administrative leave in their department in conflict with this section.
(ii) The Governor of the State of Firestone shall ensure all department heads enforce this legislation.
SEC 7. EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS
(a) The Fairer Employment Act or any other employment protections shall not apply if the individual was placed on administrative leave due to being in violation of this Act and subsequently forfeit their right to appeal the administrative action dictated by this Act.
SEC 8. CRIMINAL PENALTIES
(a) Unless and until this Act is nullified or the Governor declares that this subsection is suspended, individuals employed by the Department of Homeland Security, Firestone Bureau of Investigation, or Firestone National Guard who are also employed in a State of Ridgeway Law Enforcement Department must be placed on administrative leave within their respective department.
