I, dangerzone1111, am officially announcing my candidacy for the Stapleton County Council.
Introduction:
My name is danger, and I am a civilian within the State of Firestone. More specifically, I have been a civilian for just shy of 2 years and 11 months now. I started my career in law enforcement on August 10th, 2019, around a year and a half ago when I officially graduated from POST at the end of Class 44 (Honestly I can’t believe it’s been that long already, it feels like yesterday I recited my oath). I was accepted into my first ever department, the Department of Corrections, on August 15th and did my first ever shift that same night. Following my acceptance into DOC, I got into the Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office on October 19th, where I would serve for only four months and three weeks until I would finally be accepted into the department I reside in now: the Department of Homeland Security. And that basically brings us to where we are today. Not much has changed since then except for the fact that I enlisted into FNG and began my service as an Infantry Private as of October 17th, graduating from FITE Class 9 and I very recently, like one week ago recently, became an Agent in the Secret Service. Now, I am looking at gaining some experience within another field in Firestone, government. I have been interested in running for the County for some time now, and now feel as if I am ready to throw my hat into the ring. Who knows, this could be the start of a brand new career for me in the future. It has been an unbelievable ride in this state thus far, and I have no intentions on stopping any time soon.

What are my goals for my time in the County Council?
My primary goal as a Councilman will be to review and revise or amend any old legislation wherever necessary, in order to ensure that county law remains as up to date as possible with any recent trends or superior legislation. Furthermore, I will also take it upon myself to repeal and / or replace any old county legislation, should it be, or become unnecessary or obsolete, either due to the passage of modern superior legislation or other means.
Finally, I will also look into trying to find new ways to further support departments and businesses alike. In the previous term, the County Council officially established Greendale, giving it legally defined borders in which it did not previously possess. In the same bill, Greendale and Hillview were placed under the Prominence Municipality. This bill further strengthened the Prominence government, as they now have both the FNG base and DOC underneath them. This bill also helped FNG by providing us with legally defined borders to officially define our non-deployed jurisdiction. If possible, I will try to find new ways to support our departments and businesses, as well as municipalities, if possible with the passing of legislation similar to the one I outlined here.
