Also in my defence, I will be willing to fight these charges, I know there was like one or two flips but the majority of it is taken out of context. Like “Excessive Honking”, well excuse me, but I’ve checked many times before but there’s nowhere’s where it says “Excessive Honking” is illegal, I’ve checked the legislative boards.

you guys are just biased. Have a normal trooper, deputy, even a citizen do this shit and you guys will arrest him, fire him, etc. But since hes the DPS Director lets give this guy a hug, and say hes innocent. a Trooper, deputy, Agent, offcer, etc would get fired instantly, but not a director.
he committed misdemeanor hit and run, is that not enough for a termination?

I would like to point out that DPS even though simple on the outside, it takes so much pain in the ass work and method to get it right. It’s not an easy department.
