FDOA is in fact active, thing is, without a county based vehicle and team what can FDOA do? They’re in their discord with fixed trainings and documents, but they can’t do their jobs without vehicles to help them get to possible crash sites and to staff the Heliport in county.

if activity is based off v2, fdoa still hosts events every now and then which are pretty fun, but they have no where to actually operate and nothing to do in v2, giving them a truck would allow them to actually do something in the game so they can be active
