The Problem:
When a user on DOT switches teams, to another team, the server still thinks there are 3 DOT online, still producing periodic outages.
Expected Result:
When there are less than three DOT on duty, there shouldn’t be any outages.
Reproduction Steps:
Have three DOT employees, one switches to another team, while the other two stay on duty. The outage calls will periodically appear randomly.
