DoT would get a “receipt” tool that allows employees to charge for their services, there would be a section for the amount for the service, service operated, and where the service commenced.
However, for buses, they click a system that would make them pay a fee to ride the bus.

No. I ain’t paying for DOT Services when I make $8 every 2 mins. I gotta pay for gas too. I prefer to hitchhike then paying.
LEOs don’t pay for cars. Talking more of taxi’s, etc.
