Maybe a new channel dedicated to recruiting for a department, with a format that includes the names of people of high ranks, a picture, etc.
Departments would have to hire someone, preferably an MR-HR to advertise in this channel.

What benefits would this bring if this were to be implemented compared to how recruitment is currently done by departments?
If departments kept up the posting in this channel, it would appear more in their notifications, making them see it more. This also proves the department is active and would be able to work with others than being alone.
The channel would only be used when opening/closing applications. #state_announcements in the FS Discord has these kind of messages.
No, it would be like a department promotion sort of thing, to get it out there.
This is a much better idea. Maybe have all the departments in the channel and then state whether their apps are open or not.
