Departments without a team / function being voluntary

Okay so what are your thoughts on making Department of Commerce, State, Boating & Waterways, and Aviation as volunteer departments until a team is created for them. They would go back to secondary if a team is made for them in V3 or they have more of a role in the county. The reasoning for this is because it kind of sucks to take up one secondary position for a department that isn’t even functional in game. If you want to add more departments to the list it below.

  • Start Creating Legislation to make Departments Not In the County as volunteer
  • No keep them all as secondary

FDOA should be in the county in v3

Would it not make sense to have these departments as voluntary full time? I mean not many people are interested in these as they can be dot/Dpw/doc instead and that’s takes a secondary position, having them voluntary all the time may increase interest.

also billboards are most likely gonna be on a trello board, theres no reason for DoCM to have a team whatsoever

The DOJ has a major role already with the county. The AG has a bunch of power in terms of the DOJ, FFC, and BLEE. Same thing with the courts and DPS. They affect the livelihoods already of people in the county. State, Commerce, DoBW, and FDOA have almost zero power when it comes to affecting you in the county.

Commerce can at least inspect businesses and RP changing out signs.

ik you have something against adding DOJ and courts teams but:

  • judges would roam around in their cool robes
  • ik that the courthouse will be in a separate universe, but its still in the v3 game so
  • lawyers can go to their DOJ office and file things or wahtever and go to the courthouse

its not very realistic for the department of commerce itself to swap out billboards and it will most likely not be done, what’s the point. also judges can have gavels like in mayflower!

I still think if a team is added the courts should get this. Also I am not against it. I am trying to take baby steps at a time. Courts can’t be voluntary because of fed law. Also I am good with adding teams for DOJ and Courts. I was just wondering what you guys would do.

FDIA should have a team in V3 so they can fly planes.
