Declaration of War with the State of Ridgeway
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1A: The State of Firestone shall declare war against the State of Ridgeway.
SECTION 1A: The State of Ridgeway shall be defined as: USA | State of Ridgeway - Roblox
SECTION 1B: In accordance with C.IV.VI and a simple majority vote of both chambers, the Governor of the State of Firestone will have full authority to deploy the Firestone National Guard on foreign soil.
SECTION 2: With the increasing threats toward our state security by Ridgeway and the leaders within it, the State of Firestone shall protect itself against its foreign aggressors and declare war against the State of Ridgeway.
SECTION 2A: The Governor may order the National Guard as to where to raid, attack, or otherwise harm the State of Ridgeway. The Governor may also order the National Guard to defend, assist, or otherwise help the State of Firestone at home.
SECTION 3: The Firestone National Guard and Firestone Department of State will enforce this legislation.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passing through both chambers of Congress as constitutionally required.
