Cybertruck Vs Tow Truck [V2]

The Problem:
After speaking with a member of DoT after he had to tow my Cybertruck it turns out that the Cybertruck is far to heavy for the tow truck to driver properly. The tow truck is restricted to approximately 20 SPS when in gear 9.

Expected Result:
The tow truck should be able to recover the Cybertruck as with any other vehicle and not have restricted driving abilities or reduced speed.

Reproduction Steps:
Get a tow truck and recover a Cybertruck like you would any other normal vehicle.
Attempt to drive as you normally would with any other vehicle recovery.
You will notice that the vehicle is not able to drive as normal.

When i was dot it did not restrict speed but it did push my tow bed down.

I think this may have been the case however the positioning of the vehicle may cause the bed and wheel to rub which may have resulted in the loss of speed in this case.

Yea it’s the positioning partially at times
