Criminal Rehabilitation Phase Extension Act

Preamble: Since Criminal Rehabilitation phase 1 in DOJ moves fast and a lot of people struggle to keep up, this will allow for it to be extended upon passing a simple majority vote of BREC.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The “Criminal Rehabilitation Act” shall be amended and defined as this.

SECTION 2: Section 3, Subsection a of the Criminal Rehabilitation Act currently states,

“(a) Participants must complete Phase 1 of the Program within 30 days of entering the Program.”

SECTION 3: Section 3, subsection a of the Criminal Rehabilitation Act shall now state,

“(a) Participants must complete Phase 1 of the Program within 30 days of entering the Program. This time may be extended a specified amount of time upon a simple majority vote (½) of the Board

SECTION 4: This shall go into effect immediately upon completion of the constitutional process required.

SECTION 5: Should any part of this Act be declared unconstitutional or otherwise struck down, the rest shall remain in effect unless all is struck down or declared unconstitutional.
