A Court Order to: revoke the POST certification of SheriffLaws
Served to: Director Maximus
POST Director Maximus shall revoke the POST Certification of SheriffLaws as punishment for conviction of False Arrest. The Director has till April 5th at 10:00 PM EST to comply. Once the condition is met, he is to contact the authorizing justice.
Failing to comply with this lawful order served in accordance with C.III.XIV is contempt of court, and shall result in imprisonment, and a recommendation for impeachment.
