There should be vehicles that you would see at a construction site. A few examples are: Bulldozer, Front Loader, Dump Truck, Grader, and Backhoe. They would probably be mass RP vehicles but it would be a lot better for doing RP scenarios than just using a broom that DOT push around to RP stuff.
