give department public relation teams access to like a hand-held cameras to take pictures of events etc, sort of like freecam-ish

Support, would attract more attention for people to join PR, since it’s a bit more than just posting stuff in discord channels and getting a polo.
And like mentioned, make them available for news businesses or civilians in some way.
