Seriously? CONVICTED FELONS. The people who went to trial, got found guilty, and spent up to 1-72 hours should be in jail. Ok. Convicted felons should have to wait up to a year or more to be able to expunge that crime. Normal felons who just get arrested in V2, spend 500 seconds in jail, then walk back into V2 currently do and always will have the power to expunge that arrest in order to regain the privilege to work. The fact that you’re trying to circumnavigate the judicial system and just say “oh convicted crime that happened in a trial that could’ve taken 2-4 hours. psh, thats nothing”

The use of the term “expungement” is so common that the fact they left it out of there speech only highlights the major flaw in Francis’s campaign:
