Breakable Glass

This is different from most other posts that I can see, this focuses on buildings mainly. Why not make glass breakable if it was shot at, and respawns after 5 minutes?

Only applicable on all buildings except banks and some station windows. If possible, you could make pistols take 1/2 shots to break the glass. 1 shot would make it have a decal on the glass etc. to simulate the cracking of glass. Make it 1 shot for AR/Sniper/Mini 14. Could be used for better RP and can teach law enforcement not to stand at the glass.

TL;DR bullet = break glass except for public service station windows/banks, glass respawn 5 min/DPW can fix if they reach the location before the glass respawns

oops yeah if they do decide to make that but if you’re going to have a ton of crims spray all the windows out have fun, if glass respawns then the glass which was shattered will despawn

the lag created would be through the roof

if done well + optimised lag should not be an issue. you can look at other games etc. mayflower/ridgeway and it doesn’t lag if a window gets broken

This would be great ngl, also let DOT state maintenance replace the window.
