I can not support this candidate for office.

She made it very clear to someone that it would be OOJ to fail to hand over evidence to her (when she lacked a warrant). This action is wrong and contrary to the constitution. Then tried to remove from office said person when they continued to fail to abide by her commands to hand over the video.

Furthermore, she has conducted herself many times (and I say this as a private citizen) in a way that I believe is contrary to how a politician should act and thus is unfit for office.

As such I ask for her to leave this race immediately.

Perhaps you could substantiate this with due evidence?

I tend to presume that’s inspect element reinforced that you ironically neglected to refresh…? (which is practicable via the discord website and application)

Unless… the respective perceived culprit can attest to the authenticity of it’s exhibit contents, argument stands proudly…

you, again, fail to declare that the person i was investigating was your own client

you proceeded with every attempt to disrupt and interfere with said investigation, including publicly discussing about how ‘we broke the law’ and misleading government officials — all in the middle of the fucking investigation: you literally politicised the matter to such an extent that we weren’t able to actually handle it properly.

the arrests were made for incidents outside of any official duty and were lawfully sealed (removed). furthermore, such records do not negate my ability to serve in office, of which you can see from my speech.

we put his client under investigation for neglect of duty (which is a lawful reason to do so per charter) and he immediately accused us of corruption and misconduct — i doubt he would’ve done such nor politicised the proceedings otherwise (especially given the only two people to have done so was chris and his co-counsel)

you’re ignoring his claim that you threatened removal from office, and that it was OOJ if he didnt hand over the video. im pretty sure fed said this isnt allowed, the person has to willingly hand over the video for it to be valid

neglecting to yield evidence correlative to the investigation hinders their investigation which obstructs there duties thus a sanction can be imposed upon you by the means of confinement if apt and warranted
