what im concerned about is that you’re only gonna hire people who used to be in ASU. are you going to exclusively hire just them or hire the best candidates regardless of past employment/certifications? im sure a lot of us would be willing to learn and be very determined and enthusiastic about FDOA even though we don’t have that kinda prereq.
