An Emergency Amendment to Protect State Security
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section I. An Act for the Betterment of Classification shall be amended, referring to this act-
An Act for the Betterment of Classification.
Section II. Section 4 of An Act for the Betterment of Classification currently states:
“Any of the following may be classified: security documents and plans, military and strategic facilities (and their floor plans), pictures of the inside of such facilities, the names of human intelligence sources, military planning of a strategic nature, active intelligence operations, capabilities of defense infrastructure, information or files pertaining to active or past tactical or intelligence operations, internal department Discord communications involving tactical or intelligence operations, radio channels or frequencies utilized by tactical agencies.”
Section III. Section 4 of An Act for the Betterment of Classification shall now state:
“Any of the following may be classified: security documents and plans; floor plans and pictures of military and strategic facilities; the identities of human intelligence sources; planning relating to military or tactical operations; active intelligence operations; capabilities of defense infrastructure; information or files pertaining to active or past tactical or intelligence operations; internal Discord communications relating to tactical or intelligence operations; radio channels or frequencies utilized for tactical, military, or security operations; information, files, or communications pertaining to active or past criminal investigations; information, files, or communications pertaining to diplomatic affairs.”
Section IV. This legislation shall go into effect, given that it follows the procedures to do so, as outlined by the Constitution.
