IN THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

AN AMENDMENT
TO THE HOMELAND SECURITY RE-ESTABLISHMENT ACT
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION I: TITLE
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as “An Amendment to the Homeland Security Re-Establishment Act.”
SECTION II: DEFINITIONS
(a) The Homeland Security Re-Establishment Act shall be defined here.
(b) The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined here.
SECTION III: AMENDMENT
(a) Section 8, Subsection a1.5 of the Homeland Security Re-Establishment Act currently states, “FCC 3 §8 Subsection (B1) shall be amended to state, “Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Homeland Security and/or one of the founders.”"
(a1) Section 8, Subsection a1.5 of the Homeland Security Re-Establishment Act shall be amended to state, “FCC 3 §8 Subsection (B4) shall be amended to state, “Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Homeland Security and/or one of the founders.”"
SECTION IV: ENFORCEMENT
(a) This act shall be enforced by all relevant entities.
SECTION V: SEVERABILITY AND ENACTMENT
(a) Should any part of this bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
(b) This bill shall be entered into effect as an Act of Congress immediately after completing the constitutionally required process.
