An Amendment to the Healthcare Act of 2024


IN THE FIRESTONE SENATE

March 11, 2024


Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress here assembled that,

SECTION 1 - DEFINITIONS
(a) The Healthcare Act of 2024 shall be defined as here.

(b) The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as here.

SECTION 2 - AMENDMENTS
(a) Section 2 (b) of the Healthcare Act of 2024 currently states “Sections 9 and 10 of Chapter 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be declared null and void.”

(b) Section 2 (b) of the Healthcare Act of 2024 shall now state “Section 10 of Chapter 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be declared null and void.”

SECTION 3 - SEVERABILITY & ENACTMENT
(a) Should any part of this bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

(b) This bill shall be entered into effect immediately following the constitutionally required process.
