An Amendment to the Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1]
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT:
§ SECTION I-A: The Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1] shall be amended.
§ SECTION I-B: The Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1] shall be defined as: Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1]
§ SECTION III: Section 10, shall be added to Chapter 2, Miscellaneous Driving Infractions in the aforementioned legislation.
§ SECTION IV: Section 10, Chapter 2 shall read:

‘Driving with an Unregistered License Plate’ shall be an illegal infraction in the State of Firestone. Driving with an Unregistered License Plate shall be defined as: “the act of operating a motorized vehicle with an unregistered license plate.”

Any person charged with Driving with an Unregistered License Plate shall receive the following punishment:
a. First Offense: $375 citation.
b. Second Offense and above: Jail time of 120-200 seconds.
“
§ SECTION V: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers.
