An Amendment to the Criminal Code Chapter 2-3
BE IT ENHANCED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT:
§ Section I-A: The Criminal Code Chapter 2-3 shall be defined as: Criminal Code Act Chapter 2-3
§ Section I-B: Chapter 2: Crimes Against Property, section (f) shall be added.
§ Section II: Section (f), Chapter 2: Crimes Against Property shall state: “It will be considered as trespassing should an unauthorized individual enter an area that they do not have proper permissions to be within.”
§ Section III: The Governor shall enforce this legislation via the Executive Branch. The Judiciary shall be responsible for interpreting any alleged violations of this legislation.
§ Section IV: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedures.
