An Amendment to the Bill of Rights


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1.

(a) The Firestone Bill of Rights shall be amended.

(b) Section XVI shall be added to the Bill of Rights.

SECTION 2.

(a) Section XVI shall state what is stated in Section 2b.

(b) Citizens shall have the right to medical privacy. A citizens medical history must be kept classified unless said citizen wanted it to be unclassified. Only the Department of Health Secretary and Governor of the State of Firestone shall have the authority to declassify any citizens medical history.If a citizen does not want their medical history declassified or shown to the public they may refuse so. If a citizens medical history is being used as evidence in the Courts the respective presiding justice may declassify the citizens medical history to be used as needed.

SECTION 3.

(a) All laws in conflict with this amendment are hereby declared null and void.

SECTION 4.

(a) This amendment shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers of Congress.

SECTION 5.

(a) The Governor of the State of Firestone shall enforce this amendment.
