An amendment of the Act to Expand Business Relations
Preamble: To decrease the number of staff within the Office
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY OF ARBORFIELD COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,
SECTION 1
This document shall be legally empowered and binding upon the completion of the process set out by the City Charter.
SECTION 2
Should any part of this document be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SECTION 3
Section 5 of the An Act to Expand Business Relations shall be amended.
Section 5 of the An Act to Expand Business Relations currently states: “The Director shall be able to hire no more than seven (7) employees into the office. The Director shall hold the ability to issue disciplinary action, directives, and other measures to his/her office.”
Section 5 of the An Act to Expand Business Relations shall now state: “The Director shall be able to hire no more than five (5) employees into the office. The Director shall hold the ability to issue disciplinary action, directives, and other measures to his/her office.”
