An Amendment to Remedy Vehicular Assault

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION I. The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as this.

SECTION II. The Firestone Criminal Criminal Code shall be amended.

SECTION III. Chapter 6, §5 (a1) of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states:

“Vehicular assault shall be the act of intentionally (or through clear and extreme disregard for traffic law) utilizing a vehicle to strike a pedestrian, another vehicle, or someone else’s property.”

SECTION IV. Chapter 6, §5 (a1) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall now state:

“Vehicular assault shall be the act of intentionally (or through clear and extreme disregard for traffic law) utilizing a vehicle to strike a pedestrian, another vehicle, or someone else’s property, without consent from that pedestrian or the owner of that vehicle or property…”

SECTION V. This legislation shall go into effect, given that it follows the procedures to do so, as outlined by the Constitution.
