IN THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

AN AMENDMENT
TO RECOGNIZE ONLY FIRESTONE IDENTIFICATION
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION I: PREAMBLE
(a) This bill seeks to amend the current identification presentation law to only recognize a State of Firestone identification as valid to satisfy the legislative requirements.
SECTION II: TITLE
(a) This amendment shall be known as “An Amendment to Only Recognize Firestone Identification” and may be cited as such.
SECTION III: DEFINITIONS
(a) The Firestone Criminal Code (“CC”, “FCC”, “Criminal Code”) shall be defined here.
SECTION IV: AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 1, §Section 7, Subsection (a1) of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states:
“Failure to present identification shall be the act of failing to provide a subject’s identification to peace officers, given that the officer has probable cause or reasonable suspicion, as prescribed by other legislation, to make such a demand.”
(a1) Chapter 1, §Section 7, Subsection (a1) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “Failure to present identification shall be the act of failing to provide a subject’s ingame Firestone State issued identification card to peace officers, given that the officer has probable cause or reasonable suspicion, as prescribed by other legislation, to make such a demand.”
SECTION V: ENFORCEMENT
(a) This bill shall be enforced by all relevant entities.
SECTION VI: SEVERABILITY AND ENACTMENT
(a) Should any part of this bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
(b) This bill shall be entered into effect as an Act of Congress immediately after completing the constitutionally required process.
