AN AMENDMENT
TO
TO PROTECT THE ARBORFIELD IMPOUND LOT
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. TITLE
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “An Amendment to Protect the Arborfield Impound Lot”.
§2. DEFINITIONS
(a) The “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined as this.
§3. AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 3, Section 8 subsection b17 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states:
“Entering into the areas marked in blue in this screenshot or the area outlined in red in this screenshot, when the violator is not attempting to retrieve their towed vehicle, without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Transportation.”
(b) Chapter 3, Section 8 subsection b17 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state:
“Entering into the areas marked in blue in this screenshot, this screenshot, and this screenshot, without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Transportation.”
§4. ENFORCEMENT
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5. SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
